FOREDE PCL foam chamber is a fire extinguishing device that is fixedly mounted on a liquid storage tank to generate and spray air foam. When the foam fire truck fixes the foam mixed liquid supplied by the fire pump and passes through the foam chamber through the pipeline, it forms air foam to extinguish the liquid fire.
The foam chamber should be installed horizontally on the upper part of the tank wall, not on the top of the tank. The cover plate is facing down during installation, and it is not suitable for side installation. When used in an external floating roof tank, it should be installed on the foam shroud at the top of the tank.
When installing a foam chamber in the tank wall, make sure that there is sufficient space in the upper part of the tank, and that the liquid level of the storage liquid is lower than the entrance of the foam chamber. Prevent liquid from flowing out of the generator port.
