FOREDE Series of Foam Bladder Tanks is horizontal installation ,with normal standard accessories , are supplied as a complete unit with integrated Ratio Controller ,Control Valves, Level Gauge and other necessary accessories fully assembled, for ease of installation at site.
Based on the Foam Water Solution flow rate requirement for the hazard areas, different models / sizes of Foam Bladder Tanks are available to meet the various engineering demand.
Foam bladder tank is mainly composed of a foam liquid pressure storage tank with a capsule and a PHY pressure proportional mixer made by using the Venturi principle. When the water in the system pipe network flows through the proportional mixer decompression orifice plate, A pressure difference will form before and after. A part of the water at the high pressure (3% or 6%) enters the tank through the inlet pipe of the Foam bladder tank, squeezes the capsule, and squeezes the foam liquid in the capsule through the outlet pipe of the Foam bladder tank to the low pressure of the proportional mixer. It is mixed with water to form a foam mixed liquid, and the formed foam mixed liquid is output to the foam generating equipment (medium, low, high multiple foam generators, foam guns, foam cannons, etc.) and mixed with air to generate foam. Fire extinguishing. Part of the water passes through the "water inlet valve" The pipeline enters the water cavity of the storage tank and squeezes the capsule. Due to the slight pressure difference before and after the nozzle, the foam liquid in the capsule is squeezed out through the suction pipe and mixed with water to form a foam mixed liquid flow, which is sprayed by an air foam generator or other The equipment sprayed foam for fire fighting.
There is a rubber capsule in the storage tank to separate the water from the foam liquid. After each use, the water and the foam liquid in the tank cannot be mixed to maintain the properties of the original foam liquid. It can be used continuously and avoided. Waste of foam liquid.
