Overview
Signal gate valve is a kind of fluid control equipment, which can control the circulation and closing state of fluid according to the signal. It is composed of solenoid valves and pneumatic components, and can be widely used in hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial automation fields.
The signal gate valve consists of four parts: valve body, valve plate, solenoid valve and control circuit. The valve body is composed of a flow channel, an inlet and outlet and a hole for installing a solenoid valve. The valve plate is a moving part inside the valve body that controls the flow of fluid. The solenoid valve controls the opening and closing of the valve plate through signals, thereby controlling the flow state of the fluid. The control circuit is used to control the solenoid valve, which can be of two types, pneumatic and electric.
Working principle of signal gate valve：
The working principle of the signal gate valve is to control the movement of the valve plate through the solenoid valve, so as to control the flow state of the fluid. When the current is passed into the solenoid valve, its magnetic force acts on the magnet on the valve plate, which makes the valve plate move upwards and the fluid can flow; when the current is cut off, the solenoid valve loses the magnetic force and controls the valve plate to descend to prevent the flow of fluid.
The signal gate valve can realize automatic control and remote control through the control circuit. For example, in the hydraulic system, the signal gate valve can automatically adjust the flow and flow direction according to the system pressure to ensure the stable operation of the system. In addition, in the field of fluid transmission and control, the signal gate valve can also realize remote control and automatic control, improving the efficiency and precision of fluid control.
