Setting requirements:
① The single tank volume of the foam liquid storage tank should not be greater than 10m³.
② Non-capsule pressure proportional mixing device. When the single tank volume of the foam liquid storage tank is greater than 5m³ and there is no separation facility in the tank, a small volume pressure proportional mixing device should be installed, and its volume should be greater than 0.5m³, and should Ensure that the system continuously provides 3 minutes of foam mixture at the maximum design flow.
Installation requirements:
① When installing, make sure that the marked direction of the foam proportional mixer (device) is consistent with the liquid flow direction.
All kinds of foam ratio mixers (devices) have installation directions and are marked on them, so they cannot be installed backwards during installation, otherwise the foam liquid cannot be sucked in or the pump cannot be pumped into, so that the system cannot extinguish the fire. Therefore, pay special attention to the marking direction and the liquid flow direction during installation.
② The installation of the foam proportioning mixer (device) and the pipe connection should be tight and there should be no leakage, otherwise, the mixing ratio will be affected.
③ The pressure storage tank and the proportional mixer of the pressure-type proportional mixing device have been fixedly installed together before leaving the factory. Therefore, the pressure-type proportional mixing device must be installed as a whole.
④ The pressure tank inlet pipe of the pressure-type proportional mixing device has a pressure of 0.6~1.2MPa, and the flow through the pressure-type proportional mixing device is also relatively large, which has a certain impact force, so the pressure-type proportional mixing device should be installed with the basic Fixed firmly.
