forede ® Foam bladder tank is an effective and efficient firefighting device that is used to store and supply fire suppression foam to extinguish fires. The tank is comprised of a rubber bladder that is filled with foam concentrate and positioned inside a steel tank. When a fire breaks out, water is supplied to the tank and, with the help of air pressure, the foam concentrate inside the bladder is released into the water stream to produce firefighting foam.
Foam bladder tanks are a popular choice for municipalities, commercial buildings, industrial plants, and other facilities that require reliable fire protection systems. They are easy to install and maintain and can be customized to fit a variety of needs, from small systems to large-scale projects. Additionally, foam bladder tanks are highly effective at suppressing fires, as the foam mixture can smother flames and reduce the spread of fire quickly. They offer an efficient and reliable means of extinguishing fires and are an important investmnt for any facility that prioritizes fire safety
types of foam bladder tank
forede® provide various capacity of foam bladder tank to meet the market needs of municipal, commercial, residential and other fields. In addition, we support high customization according to the characteristics of the products. Below are forede's types of foam bladder tank.

Other Type of Foam Bladder Tank
Vertical Foam Bladder Tank
The forede® Vertical Foam Bladder Tank is a steel pressure vessel fitted with an internal bladder that stores foam concentrate. When the pressurized water flow of the fire protection system passes through this device, the pressure proportional mixer diverts it proportionally. A small portion of the water enters the interlayer of the foam concentrate storage tank with a rubber bladder, compressing the bladder and displacing the foam concentrate. This foam concentrate then mixes with the fire protection water within the pressure proportional mixer to form a foam mixture of the corresponding proportion. The foam mixture is subsequently transported through piping to the foam discharging device, directly performing fire extinguishment in the protected area.

Advantages of forede ® Firefighting Foam Bladder Tanks
Effective Fire Suppression
Foam Bladder tanks are integral to foam-based fire-fighting systems. They store and supply foam concentrate, which is mixed with water to create a foam solution.
This foam solution is highly effective in suppressing fires, especially those involving flammable liquids and gases.
Improved Safety
By providing a rapid and efficient means of fire suppression, foam bladder tanks help to minimize the risk of fire spread and damage.
They also reduce the risk to personnel involved in fire-fighting operations, as foam can cover a larger area more quickly than water, thereby reducing the need for direct firefighting.
Stability and Durability
Foam Bladder tanks are typically constructed from materials such as carbon steel or stainless steel, which are known for their strength and durability.
This ensures that the tanks can withstand the pressures and temperatures associated with fire-fighting operations, as well as the environmental conditions in which they are often deployed.
Customizability
Foam bladder tanks can be customized to meet specific requirements. This includes variations in size, capacity, and the type of foam concentrate used.
Customization ensures that foam tanks are suitable for a wide range of applications, including industrial, commercial, and residential settings.

Foam Bladder tank Application

Foam Bladder Tank For Petrochemical
Foam bladder tanks for petrochemicals are an innovative solution that offers reliable and effective fire protection for hazardous chemical facilities. These tanks consist of a flexible bladder that contains foam concentrate and an outer shell that provides structural support and protection.
One of the key benefits of foam bladder tanks is their ability to quickly and efficiently suppress fires. The foam concentrate is released from the bladder and mixed with water to create a foam solution that can quickly extinguish fires caused by flammable liquids or gases. This rapid response time can help prevent major property damage and protect the safety of employees working in the facility.
Another advantage of foam bladder tanks is their versatility. They can be customized to meet the specific needs of different petrochemical facilities, taking into account factors such as facility size, storage capacity, and potential hazards. This level of customization ensures that the tanks are tailored to provide optimal fire protection for each user.
In addition, foam bladder tanks are a cost-effective solution for fire protection. They require minimal maintenance and have a long service life, which means that petrochemical facilities can save money on repairs and replacements over time. Moreover, these tanks are generally easy to install and can be integrated into existing fire protection systems, which minimizes disruption to facility operations.
Foam Bladder tank for industrial
Foam bladder tank is an essential piece of equipment used in various industries, including firefighting and oil refinery. Its primary function is to store fire-fighting foam, which is used in controlling or extinguishing fires.
The tank consists of a foam bladder, which is a sealed bag made of rubber or other synthetic materials, and a containment shell. The bladder is filled with foam concentrate, which is made of water and surfactants mixed with air or nitrogen to produce foam. The foam concentrate is stored under pressure in the bladder, while the shell provides structural support and protects the bladder against damage.
When a fire occurs, the foam solution is released from the bladder and mixed with water, creating a foam layer that covers the fuel source, preventing oxygen from reaching the fire and extinguishing it. The foam bladder tank helps to increase efficiency in controlling and containing fires, especially in situations with limited water supply or access.

foam bladder tank for Ports and terminals
Foam bladder tanks are excellent safety solutions for ports and terminals. They provide 24/7 fire protection and are designed to handle high-risk situations. The tanks can be installed easily and efficiently, requiring minimal maintenance. This makes them highly cost-effective over the long term.
Foam bladder tanks are key safety assets for terminal operators, helping them to prevent and mitigate the effects of fire. These tanks are capable of providing enormous quantities of foam solution onto a fire very quickly. This enables first responders to knock down flames with minimal damage to property or infrastructure.
Another advantage of foam bladder tanks is their ability to contain and suppress chemical fires. This is crucial for ports and terminals, as these facilities deal with a wide variety of hazardous materials on a daily basis. Containing a chemical fire can prevent the release of toxic fumes into the surrounding environment.
foam bladder tank for Tank farms
Foam bladder tanks are an essential component of any tank farm, providing a reliable and efficient means of fire protection. These tanks are designed to store firefighting foam, which can be quickly deployed in the event of a fire emergency.
One of the main advantages of using foam bladder tanks is their ability to rapidly discharge a large volume of foam. This is important in quickly smothering a fire before it gets out of control. These tanks also provide a continuous source of foam, ensuring that firefighting efforts can be sustained until the fire is extinguished.
Another advantage of foam bladder tanks is their ease of maintenance. These tanks are designed to be durable and long-lasting, requiring minimal upkeep. Routine inspections and testing can quickly identify any issues to ensure that the tanks are always ready for use.
In addition to their practical benefits, foam bladder tanks also provide peace of mind knowing that your tank farm is protected against fire. With the right equipment and proper training, your team can operate the tanks effectively to minimize the risk of damage or loss.
