Product Description of Horizontal Fire Foam Tank

When the foam liquid is used up or the storage period exceeds its validity, new foam liquid shall be filled. Capsules should be thoroughly cleaned before refilling. Open the tank drain valve and the capsule drain valve, drain the foam liquid in the capsule, and then access nitrogen from the capsule exhaust port on the upper part of the tank to purge the foam residual liquid in the capsule. Close the capsule exhaust valve and the capsule exhaust valve, inject water into the capsule from the bottom of the capsule filling mouth, clean the inner surface of the capsule, finally open the capsule exhaust valve, open the capsule exhaust valve connected with nitrogen, blow out the water in the capsule, and continue to blow the capsule for 30 minutes, the water in the capsule thoroughly dry. Refill the foam.

The method of cleaning the capsule is:

(1) drain the remaining foam liquid in the capsule, and then open the drainage valve 4, and then connect the compressed air from the liquid exhaust valve 6 (pressure 0.02-0.1mpa), open the tank bottom drain valve 5, the foam residual liquid in the capsule blown.

(2) Close valve 5, open valve 3, add clear water from the nozzle to the capsule to clean the inner surface of the capsule, and then open valve 5, connect the compressed air from the valve 6 to squeeze out the water, and continue to blow the capsule with compressed air for 30 minutes, blow dry the water in the capsule thoroughly, and fill the foam again. 8, in actual use, the tank must be filled with foam.
