AR-AFFF 3%(-3°C) Foam Concentrate
FOREDE® Alcohol Resistant Aqueous Film Forming Foam Concentrates (AR-AFFF) are high-performance, synthetic firefighting concentrates formulated with hydrocarbon and fluorosurfactants, fluoropolymers and water-soluble polysaccharide polymers.The foam blanket blocks oxygen supply to the fuel. Liquid drains from the foam blanket and forms either an aqueous film on a hydrocarbon fire, or a polymeric membrane on a polar solvent fire to suppress the vapour and seal the fuel surface from the air. The water content of the foam solution produces a cooling effect for additional fire suppression.
