PY/A Mobile Foam Unit for Foam system
A movable foam fire fighting device that is consist of pressure proportioner, foam nozzle fire hose and agent storage tank. It's with four wheels so that you can move it easily. When fire breaks out, connect fire water supply, proportioner and foam monitor, water and foam agent will mix at certain proportion and form foam solution. Foam monitor will make foam solution to generate extinguishing foam by aspirating air, then spray the foam to cover flame and suppress fire.
When the mobile foam fire extinguishing device extinguishes the fire, the pipe joints at both ends of the pipeline proportional mixer are connected to the fire hose and connected to the pressure water source. When there is water with a pressure of not less than 0.6MPa, it flows through the ratio at a high speed and mixes. Due to the diffusion effect of the lateral movement of the jet particles, the chamber of the proportional mixer forms a vacuum (negative pressure), so the foam liquid in the foam liquid storage tank enters the mixer through the suction pipe under the pressure of the atmosphere. It is mixed with pressurized water, and finally reaches a certain proportion of the mixed liquid, which is sprayed by foam gun and foam generator to extinguish the fire.

A:First, connecting the fire water nozzle with fire hose, then, two person hold the fire water nozzle, and one person opens the valve, please pay attention to fire hose which cannot be bent, also the water nozzle is aimed at the target or the open space, finally, can use fire nozzle to put fire out.
Q:How long does it take to produce the product?
A: Conventional products and small quantities can be produced within 15 days. The specific production time needs to have specific products and product quantities to confirm.
