forede ® Grooved Check Valve
The disc of the check valve is made of SS304 with an EPDM coating for sizes 2" to 6", providing excellent sealing and corrosion resistance. The seat ring is also constructed of SS304 coated with tin, further enhancing the valve's performance and longevity.
For sizes 8" to 10", the disc is made of GGG65-45-12 with an EPDM coating, ensuring consistent performance in larger pipe systems. The hinge pin is made of SS304, providing smooth operation and reliable functionality.
In addition, the plug is made of either SS201 or SS304, depending on the specific requirements of the application. This comprehensive design ensures that the Forede® Grooved Check Valve delivers superior performance and reliability in demanding industrial environments.
