Deluge valve setting requirements
1) The deluge valve group should be installed indoors where the ambient temperature is not lower than 4℃ and there are drainage facilities, and its location should be close to the protection object and easy to operate.
2) When the deluge valve assembly is installed outdoors, the deluge valve assembly accessories should have anti-corrosion function; the deluge valve assembly accessories installed in the explosion-proof area should meet the explosion-proof requirements.
3) The deluge valve group in cold areas should be insulated with electric heating or steam heating.
4) For the deluge valve group set in parallel, a check valve should be provided at the entrance of the deluge valve.
5) The pipeline in front of the deluge valve should be equipped with a flushable filter.
6) The test port of the deluge valve should be connected to reliable drainage facilities.
