By mixing air, it helps generate low, medium, or high-expansion foam, depending on the application and system design.
Foam solution flows into the aeration tube.
The tube draws in ambient air through side inlets or a venturi design.
Air mixes with the foam solution to produce foam.
The aerated foam exits and blankets the fuel surface.
