1. Fire cannon is the main equipment of fire extinguishing system and the main difference between this system and other fire fighting facilities.
Fire cannons are mainly composed of imported attachments, gun bodies, and spray components. The connection accessory provides a connection interface. The gun body adjusts the injection direction through the movement of the horizontal slewing joint and the pitching slewing joint, and the injection member is used to realize different jets.
2. Fire pumps and pumping stations The design of fire pumps and pumping stations is exactly the same as other fire pumps. Attention should be paid to the use of a centrifugal pump with a smooth characteristic curve. The pressure of the road system will not change too much to damage pipelines and fittings. The backup pump set should not be less than the working pump set.
3. Valves and pipelines When the diameter of the fire pump outlet pipe is greater than 300 mm, a valve with a single manual opening and closing function should not be used. The valve should have obvious opening and closing signs, the remote control valve should have fast opening and closing functions, and the seal should be reliable. Normally open or normally closed valves shall be provided with locking devices, and control valves and valves that need to be opened and closed shall be provided with opening and closing indicators. The opening and closing signals of the control valves participating in the remote control gun system linkage control should be transmitted to the system control room. Ball valves on dry powder pipelines should be ball valves, the diameter of which must be the same as the internal diameter of the pipeline.
Fire gun pipelines should be made of corrosion-resistant materials or anticorrosive treatment of the outer walls of the pipes. Pipes using foam liquid, foam mixed liquid or sea water should be provided with flushing joints at their proper locations. An automatic exhaust valve shall be provided at the top of the pipe section where air may be trapped. After the foam ratio mixing device, a bypass test interface should be provided.
4. Power source Power source mainly includes three types of electric, hydraulic and pneumatic power sources. In order to ensure the reliable operation and economical rationality of the system, the power source should have good corrosion resistance, rain resistance and sealing performance; effective fire prevention measures should be adopted for the power source and pipeline; the distance between hydraulic and pneumatic power sources and the fire monitors they control should not be greater 30 m; the power source should meet the requirements of remote control gun system operation control and linkage control within a specified time.
