1. Design range The design range must meet the requirements for the arrangement of water cannons and foam cannons. The range of indoor water (fire) cannons can be calculated according to the so% of the product's range index value. In actual engineering, due to the influence of factors such as power set, pipeline accessories, and turret height, the actual working pressure of the water (foam) gun may be different from the rated working pressure of the product. At this time, it should be selected within the specified working pressure range of the product.

When the calculated range of the water (foam) gun above cannot meet the layout requirements, the number, location, or specification of the original gun should be adjusted until the requirements are met.

2. Design flow The total design flow of the water (foam) cannon system should be the sum of the design flow R of the water (foam) cannons that need to be turned on at the same time in the system, and should not be less than the sum of the total flow calculated for the fire extinguishing water (foam) and cooling water.

The design of the total flow basin of the foam mixture should not be less than the product of the fire extinguishing area and the foam supply intensity. The range of the mixing ratio should comply with the national standard "Code for Design of Low Multiple Foam Fire Extinguishing System", and the average value of the specified range should be taken into account in the calculation. The total design of the foam liquid should be 1.2 times the calculated total.

(A) System control

1.Remote control gun system control In the remote control gun system, the fire-fighting pump set, water pump inlet and outlet valves, pressure sensors, system control valves, power sources, remote-control guns and other controlled equipment should adopt remote control to implement remote control. The linkage unit should be provided with an operation indication signal to ensure the reliability of the system, prevent misoperation, and ensure the safety of the operator.

(2) The fire monitor system should be provided with an interface with a fire detector so that the system has the function of receiving and processing fire alarms.

When the remote control gun system adopts wireless control operation, it should meet the following requirements:

A. It should be able to control the submersion, horizontal slewing of the fire monitor and the actions of related valves;

B. The fire control room should be able to give priority to the equipment operated by the wireless controller;

C. The effective control radius of wireless control is greater than 100 m;

D. There must be no wireless controllers with the same frequency within 1 000 m and no same security code within 30 m;

E. The wireless controller should be provided with a blocking safety circuit.
