How to maintain the foam bladder tank:
1. Before use, you must first check whether the upper flange cover of the "foam filling port" and the connecting pipe flange are sealed, and whether the various valves are closed.
2. After each use, the storage tanks and pipes must be flushed with clean water, and the inner and outer surfaces must be repainted and anti-corrosion treated.
3. When filling foam liquid, the inside of the tank should be kept clean. It should not be mixed with oil or other foam liquids. It should not be mixed with aged foam liquids. The wrong model of foam liquid should not be used.
4. The foam solution should be kept away from direct sunlight and stored in a place with a small temperature difference, with as little direct contact with air as possible. Any foam liquid that has been stored for more than two years should be sampled and inspected before use. It can be used only after it is qualified. The expired foam liquid should be replaced in time.
5. Storage tanks equipped with diaphragms should undergo a leak test every six months. The test method is to open the drain valve 4. If there is foam leakage, it proves that the capsule is damaged and should be repaired or replaced in time.
6. When replacing the foam liquid, a simulation test should be conducted on the fire extinguishing system to check whether the working conditions of the proportioning mixing device, foam generator and other equipment are normal and reliable. If there are any abnormalities, they should be repaired in time.
7. When replacing failed foam fluid, the device should be thoroughly cleaned.
