2. The water pump must be equipped with PH32 and PH64 air foam mixers to deliver air foam liquid in proportion.
3. The generator is equipped with 3% and 6% ordinary air foam liquid.
4. In order to prevent gas evaporation and leakage in the flammable liquid storage tank, a sealing glass must be installed at the outlet of the shell. One side of the glass is engraved with brittle cracks, and the mixed liquid can be broken when the pressure of the mixed liquid is 0.1-0.2Mpa. The fragile and cracked side should be installed in the direction of the spray outlet.
5. The guide plate is installed on the inner wall of the storage tank to ensure that the foam tank wall drips down and covers the burning liquid surface smoothly, so as to improve the fire extinguishing effect.
6. The hole diameter of the inlet pipe of the air foam generator shall not be smaller than the size specified in D.
Structural principle
The foam generator is mainly composed of three parts: the shell group, the foam nozzle group and the guide plate group. When the foam mixture flows through the nozzle of the generator, a diffuse atomized jet is formed, and a negative pressure is generated around it, thereby inhaling a large amount of air to form air foam, which is input into the storage tank through the foam nozzle and guide plate, along the tank wall Drip down and cover the surface of the burning liquid smoothly.
