Mobile foam unit device (also known as semi-fixed foam fire extinguishing device) is a portable and flexible cart-type fire extinguishing equipment. It is mainly composed of foam liquid storage tank, spray gun, proportional mixer, hose, and trolley chassis, etc. It is easy to operate and reliable. It is used to extinguish Class A, B, and C non-water-soluble liquid fires. It adopts PHF pipeline (negative pressure) proportional mixer, which can form low, medium and high expansion foam fire extinguishing systems with foam guns and foam generators, and can effectively assist and supplement large fixed foam fire extinguishing systems. The device can be supplied with pressure water by the fire pipe network or urban water supply pipe network, fire truck, hand pump, etc. When the pressure water passes through the mixer, the water and the foam liquid are mixed in a certain proportion, and the foam is sprayed by the foam gun and the foam generator to extinguish the fire. This product is suitable for fire-fighting places such as solid material warehouses, flammable liquid warehouses, boiler rooms, underground construction projects, garages, and ship cabins.
1) Filling of fire extinguishing agent: After the equipment is used, the user must purchase the same type of foam fire extinguishing liquid for supplementary filling; when filling, it can be inhaled by a plastic tube or injected from the liquid filling port with a funnel; after filling, tighten the cap of the liquid filling port to prevent the foam liquid from splashing out when the equipment is moved.
2) The equipment should be placed in a cool, ventilated place with easy access.
3) The tank body of this equipment is made of corrosion-resistant carbon steel. It is strictly forbidden to knock it hard to cause the anti-corrosion layer in the tank to fall off.
4) If the device is not used for long-term storage, the quality of the foam liquid should be rechecked once a year for deterioration, and if it is found to be deteriorated, it should be replaced in time.
5) After each use of the equipment, the fire hose should be carefully cleaned and dried before being wound on the equipment reel (users are advised to prepare a spare fire hose to prevent sudden fires).
6) In order to keep the equipment in a good fireproof state and the quality of the foam liquid in the tank for a long time, the foam storage tank should be opened and cleaned every 3 years for use
7) When the water supply source is a motorized hydraulic pump or a fire water tanker, the water supply pressure should not exceed 1.0MPa.
