2. On-site manual inspection of all fire monitors every week or half a month, and use a manual control panel or intelligent zone control box to control each water monitor. Is the rotating mechanism flexible and reliable, and can the valves be manually opened and closed (is the feedback signal normal? ), Whether the basic operations such as manually starting the pump and stopping the pump are normal; if the conditions allow, can spray water (manually) on site, whether it can reach the farthest protection radius.
3. The fire water monitor should always check the integrity and operational flexibility of the gun. If the fasteners are loose, they should be repaired in time to keep the gun in good use. For dusty places, it is best to clean the dust quarterly or monthly, especially to detect and locate the sensor, and to register it.
4. Check whether the automatic and linkage function of the fire monitor is normal every month or quarter: Place a 1A level fire test model at any point within the maximum protection radius of the fire extinguishing device. During the pre-ignition stage of the fire test model, the system should be in a non-tracking position status. After the pre-ignition is completed, the tracking and positioning status of the fire extinguishing device is restored for automatic positioning and fire suppression. The spray type should extinguish the 1A fire extinguishing level within 3 minutes, and the spray type should extinguish the 1A fire extinguishing level within 6 minutes.
In the actual testing process, the national standard 1A experimental fire standard is generally not available, then the paper can be ignited and the fire cannon can be started. If the site does not have water spray conditions, the solenoid valve opening state can be changed to manual. Test the fire to see if the water cannon can normally detect, locate, and alarm. If the above functions can be automatically realized, then check whether the pressure of the pipe network reaches the standard at the end. Register the test results and contact the manufacturer's after-sales service in time if there is any abnormality.
