Structural parts

Manufacturing process
The gun head is generally made of rubber or plastic die-casting. The teeth are made of plastic or stainless steel. Of course, the spray effect and spray angle of the two have their own advantages and disadvantages. Pull handles and handles are made of plastic or aluminum alloy. The ball valve is made of stainless steel, wrapped with POM to reduce wear resistance and increase sealing performance. The other parts of the gun are made of light aluminum alloy. After the aluminum alloy parts are finished by the domestic general manufacturers, they will be treated with T5 heat treatment (ordinary anodizing treatment), while foreign brand water guns are all heat treated with T6 (hard anodizing treatment). , the latter's mechanical properties and surface wear resistance are superior to corrosion resistance.
Functional use
