A signal gate valve is a type of valve used to control the flow of fluid, especially in industrial applications. It is a highly efficient and reliable valve that is designed to operate with minimal maintenance. The signal gate valve works by using a gate-shaped disc that moves up and down to regulate the flow of fluid. When the valve is open, the disc moves up, allowing fluid to flow through. When the valve is closed, the disc moves down, blocking the flow of fluid. One of the main advantages of signal gate valves is their ability to provide accurate control of fluid flow. This makes them ideal for use in industries such as oil and gas, chemicals, and water treatment. In addition, signal gate valves are also highly durable and long-lasting. They are designed to withstand high pressure and high temperatures, making them ideal for use in demanding environments. Overall, the signal gate valve is an essential component of many industrial processes. Its reliability and efficiency make it a valuable asset for companies looking to improve their operations and increase productivity.
Notice:
1) The signal valve should have an electrical signal device that outputs "on" and "off", and when the inlet pressure of the signal valve is constant at 0.35MPa, the signal valve will output the "on" signal (valve is open) during the process from fully open to closed. When the contact of the contact is converted to output "off" signal (valve closed), the flow rate at this conversion point should be greater than or equal to 80% of the fully open flow rate, and the valve will always output "off" signal (valve closed) after this point. The fully open flow is the flow value measured when the signal valve is fully opened when the inlet pressure is constant at 0.35MPa.
2) The signal valve shall be subjected to the overload capacity test according to the standard, and its electrical components shall not be overheated and burnt, pitted, and contact bonded.
3) The signal valve shall be tested for its withstand voltage capability according to the standard. Under the specified test voltage, the voltage between all its moving parts and stationary parts (including the shell) shall withstand voltage for 60s ± 5s without being broken down.
4) The signal valve shall be tested for insulation resistance according to the standard, and the insulation resistance between the following components shall be greater than 2MΩ.
a) When the electric shock is disconnected, between the incoming line and the outgoing line of the same level; b) Between each live part and the metal support (including the shell).
5) The signal valve shall be tested for contact resistance according to the standard, and the contact resistance between each pair of closed contacts of the switch shall be less than 0.01Ω.
