Moscow, June 29 (Xinhua) -- A fire broke out in a two-story dormitory building in Balashikha, Moscow Oblast, Russia, in the early morning of June 29, killing five people. TASS quoted the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations as saying that the dormitory building where the fire broke out was an old building with a fire area of ​​about 40 square meters. Five people died at the scene of the fire, three were being treated in the hospital, and 10 were evacuated. Preliminary investigations showed that the cause of the fire was a power grid failure. At present, the fire has been extinguished.
