Overview
Fire Monitor Nozzle (also called a fire cannon nozzle or water cannon nozzle) is a high-capacity firefighting device designed to deliver a powerful stream of water or firefighting foam over long distances. It is commonly used in industrial, marine, airport, and large-scale fire protection systems.
When pressurized water or foam solution enters the monitor, it flows through the nozzle.
By adjusting the nozzle:
Straight stream: Concentrates flow for long-distance targeting.
Fog pattern: Breaks the stream into fine droplets for area coverage and cooling.
Some advanced types use automatic pressure regulation to maintain optimal performance under varying inlet pressures.
