Products Description

The foam integrated skid for fire extinguishing is mainly composed of water supply system, proportional mixing system, fire water tank, foam generating device, control cabinet, valves and pipelines. The fire extinguishing integrated skid is easy to transport and can be used in drilling installation areas, drilling barracks, offshore drilling platforms, etc.

Components

1. Water Supply System

The water supply system can use electric motor or diesel engine as driving power. Using a diesel engine as the driving power, the device can work in outdoor areas without power supply.

2. Proportional mixing system

The proportional mixing system can use a balanced proportional mixer system, a pressure proportional mixer system, or a ring pump proportional mixer system.

3. Fire water tank

The fire water tank is made of stainless steel, and the volume can be designed and calculated according to user requirements.

4. Fire Water/Foam Monitor

There is equipped a remote control fire water/foam monitor on the top, as a jet device both for the water and foam.

5. Control cabinet

The control cabinet is fixed on the skid-mounted equipment bracket for convenient operation and maintenance.

The control cabinet has local, remote and remote control operation modes.

The cabinet adopts explosion-proof cabinet and can be installed in explosion-proof areas.

The control cabinet panel is equipped with indicator lights and instrument displays, as well as operation buttons, emergency stop and other buttons. The operation is simple and the operating status of the equipment can be monitored at the same time.

The control cabinet has protection functions such as short circuit and thermal overload.
