The FOREDE® Brand TFS1.AS040 water cannon wash bay is a professional, high-efficiency cleaning facility designed for deep washing of vehicles, machinery, industrial equipment and large containers, widely applied in logistics fleets, construction sites, mining areas, transportation hubs, ports and industrial parks. Different from ordinary manual car washes or simple spray zones, it relies on high-pressure water cannon systems as the core cleaning unit, combining standardized bay layout, water circulation and safety configurations to deliver powerful, thorough and eco-friendly cleaning performance. It has gradually become an essential supporting facility for modern industrial and transportation industries.
The core working principle of a water cannon wash bay lies in its high-pressure water supply system. Equipped with professional high-pressure water pumps, the equipment can boost ordinary tap water into high-speed, high-pressure water streams. The adjustable water cannon nozzles can switch between concentrated jet and fan-shaped spray modes flexibly. The concentrated water jet generates strong impact force to strip off stubborn dirt such as mud, cement residue, grease, dust and rust on vehicle bodies, chassis, tires and metal surfaces. The fan-shaped spray covers a larger area, suitable for quick pre-washing and overall flushing, which greatly improves cleaning efficiency. Operators can hold mobile water cannons or use fixed cantilever-mounted cannons to clean every corner of the target object without dead ends, even for large trucks, engineering vehicles and heavy machinery with complex structures.
